RESPIMER NetiFlow Heavy Congestion Sachets are pre-measured mineral salt refills designed for large-volume nasal irrigation to clear severe sinus blockages. Dosage & Preparation For Heavy Congestion (Hypertonic Solution): Dissolve 2 sachets in 240 mL of still spring or mineral water. Use once daily for 3 to 5 days. For Chronic Symptoms/Rhinitis (Isotonic Solution): Dissolve 1 sachet in 240 mL of still spring or mineral water. Use 1 to 3 times daily as needed. Water Warning: Never use plain tap water unless it has been boiled and cooled first
