We also reserve the right to refuse orders from individuals involved in disputes over previous orders or who have repeatedly canceled, returned, or failed to receive previous orders. Furthermore, we may request reimbursement for goods, delivery, and legal fees from individuals found to be fraudulently using the Website.

2. Purchase, Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation email.

We conduct our operations within Lebanon and do not assume liability for any supplementary fees imposed by banks regarding transactions made with credit or debit cards, nor do we accept responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates.
