How to Use It
  1. Prep: Remove the protective cap and prime the nozzle by spraying once into the air.
  2. Position: Tilt your head slightly to one side over a sink.
  3. Spray: Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press firmly for 1 to 2 seconds.
  4. Clear: Let the fluid act for a few seconds, tilt your head back to the other side to repeat in the second nostril, and then gently blow your nose.
  5. Clean: Rinse the nozzle tip with hot water and dry it after each use to prevent bacterial growth.
