Express milk directly into the cup.2.Seal and Label:Unscrew the pump adapter and twist on the leak-proof lid until tight. Use a soft pencil or marker on the textured surface of the cup/lid to record the date and volume expressed.3.Store safely:Place the cup upright in the refrigerator or stack multiple cups neatly in the freezer for longer-term storage.4.Thaw and Feed Directly:Do not microwave milk directly in sealed cups.Thaw milk in the fridge or warm the cup in a warm water bath / bottle warmer.
