How To Use
1. Break off approximately 18 inches of floss and wind the majority around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your hands. 2. Guide the floss gently between your teeth using your index fingers and thumbs. 3. Gently slide the floss below the gumline in a C-shaped motion. 4. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth and move it up and down several times to remove plaque and food debris. 5. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth. 6.
