Wassen Magnesium-OK - Magnesium & Vitamin B6, 30 Tablets

Wassen Magnesium-OK is a food supplement formulated with women in mind across the different stages of life. Each pack contains 30 tablets combining two forms of magnesium: magnesium oxide, which carries more elemental magnesium per tablet, and magnesium citrate, which is generally better absorbed. Vitamin B6 is included alongside.

What These Nutrients Do

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to normal psychological function, and to electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to normal psychological function.

Excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide and glycerin. Take as directed on the pack and do not exceed the stated dose; this supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
