Before use, shake the spray well and spray locally about 15 cm from the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet,...). Use as soon as the need arises. Maximum 2 apps per day, no more than one week per month.
