How To Use
wist the pencil to extend the tip slightly. Starting from the inner brow, apply short, feathering strokes following your natural brow line. Build color gradually for a natural finish, or layer for more intensity. Use the spoolie brush to blend and groom brows into place. Remove with makeup remover or cleansing oil.
