How to use:
Use as a base oil (carrier oil) to dilute essential oils before topical use.

Skin treatment:
Rub a small amount of oil directly into the skin with the desired amount.

Hair treatment:
Apply the oil to the scalp and gently massage from the roots to the tip. Leave on for 20 minutes or more (overnight if desired)
