Aromatherapy:
Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser to enjoy its fresh, herbal aroma.

Topical:
Dilute 1–2 drops in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil (jojoba, argan, or sweet almond) before applying to the skin or hair.

Oral:
