Terms & Guidelines

Welcome to the Nexus Inner Circle.
Our membership program is designed to elevate your skincare experience with exclusive privileges and personalized care.

By purchasing a Nexus VIP Membership, you agree to the following guidelines:

1. Membership Activation

Your membership becomes active once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed.

All benefits begin immediately upon activation.

In the rare case of payment issues, cancellations, or refunds, membership benefits will not be granted or may be suspended.

2. Membership Duration

Each plan is valid for the selected period:

  • 1 Month – 30 days

  • 3 Months – 90 days

  • 6 Months – 180 days

  • 12 Months – 365 days

Your membership will automatically expire at the end of the selected duration.

There is no automatic renewal.

3. Renewing Your Membership

To continue enjoying your benefits, simply purchase a new membership plan before or after your current one expires.

Renewals are simple and can be completed anytime.

Please note: the physical VIP card is sent only with your first membership purchase.

4. Member Benefits

Active members enjoy:

  • Invitations to our Private Events

All benefits apply only while membership is active.

Unused credits, gifts, or consultations do not carry over after expiration.

5. Welcome Credit & Discounts

Welcome credits:

  • Are personal

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Expire when membership expires

Member discounts:

  • Apply only during active membership

  • May not be combined with certain promotions unless stated otherwise

Nexus reserves the right to adjust benefits in case of misuse or technical error.

6. Personal & Non-Transferable

Your Nexus membership is linked to your personal account.

Benefits may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

We may review accounts that show unusual activity to ensure fairness for all members.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Membership is a prepaid privilege program.

If a membership order is cancelled before activation, benefits will not be applied.

If a refund or chargeback occurs after activation, Nexus reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership benefits.

8. The Nexus VIP Card

Your physical VIP card is a symbolic expression of your membership status.

It represents your place within the Nexus Inner Circle.

The card itself does not activate or extend membership — your account status determines your benefits.

9. Fair Use & Integrity

To preserve the exclusivity of Nexus Membership, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders obtained through abuse of discounts

  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity

  • Refuse service in cases of intentional misuse

Our goal is to maintain a fair and elevated experience for all members.

10. Updates to the Program

Nexus may refine membership benefits or structure over time to enhance the experience.

Any changes will not affect already active memberships.
