Want to delete your Nexus account? No problem. If you'd like to close your Nexus account, simply click the "Delete My Account" button below to start the process.

It can take up to 4-5 working days to process your request, and please be aware that once the request has been made, you may lose access to your account immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your Nexus account means:

• You will no longer be able to log into your account on the Nexus website or the Nexus app.
• All order history from the Nexus website and app (if you've shopped with us previously) will be deleted.
• All account activity on the Nexus app — including progress history, wishlist products, order history and account details — will be deleted.

If you're happy to proceed, click "Delete My Account" below to complete our ID verification process. We need to confirm we're speaking with the account holder, as this helps protect your personal information — only you, or someone acting on your behalf, has the right to request deletion of your data.

Our team will action your request as soon as possible and will keep you updated throughout. This can take up to 4-5 working days, but we aim to complete it sooner where we can.

What Account Deletion Does Not Mean

Deleting your account does not mean we will erase all the information we hold about you. The right to deletion isn't absolute — there are cases where we may need to retain some information, including:

• Where your information is still necessary for the purpose it was originally collected for, such as meeting our contractual obligations to you regarding a product purchase.
• Where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations — for example, purchase-related information may need to be retained for statutory audit and tax purposes, along with records showing our compliance with this deletion request.
